Shipping Policy 

Delivery and order processing times are displayed in the checkout process, please refer to these for accurate estimates relevant to your specific order. We normally dispatch by UPS or Hermes, all shipping is expedited.

The delivery lead-time to mainland UK addresses will vary according to the item ordered. All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. Although Spot-on seeks to despatch all items/products/goods within the times displayed at checkout, or as shown in the product description, delivery may take longer. Some items/products may be subject to longer lead-times if they are made to order (such as personalised sundials). You will be advised of this by email if there are delays.

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, as well as Ireland and Worldwide.

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

If the delivery is returned to our warehouse you will be charged for the delivery, and for any further subsequent delivery.

We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
