Return and Exchange Policy
In all cases you must contact hello@spotonsundials.comm or fill out our contact form on our website before returning any item/product. All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt in a new and unused condition and with original labels and packaging intact. The items must be free from use or damage.
We strongly advise you to use a recorded/insured delivery service as Spot-on Sundials cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. When returning goods for refund you will not be reimbursed the delivery charge. Exchanged goods may also attract carriage charges to be borne by you. Please note this does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Items that you order with personalisation may not be returned.
